Shipment & Returns

All orders are shipped via UPS. Before shipment you will receive a track & trace code with which you can track your shipment.


The buyer must check the products on delivery for any damage. In the event of damage, this must be stated on the delivery note. Damage must be reported to Crosspoint within 24 hours.

Receiving the wrong product

Since the order is processed manually, it cannot be excluded that an error will be made. Because of this it is possible that you will receive the wrong product. You must contact Crosspoint within 24 hours by email or telephone. Crosspoint will try to solve this problem for you as soon as possible.

Shipment refusal

If shipments are returned to Crosspoint due to the buyer his refusal or incorrect information provided by the buyer, the actual shipping costs will be charged upon reshipment to the buyer.


You can return all items that you purchase via our webshop up to 14 days after receipt without reason and unused. Returned items must be in the original packaging, including all original supplied accessories and manuals. Returns are not accepted for items that shown signs of use. The costs for returning items are fully for the buyer. We will refund the full amount that you have paid for the items within 3 weeks of receipt. ATTENTION! Return right only applies to sales to consumers.
